Built into the bedrock of Sedona.
My grandfather, William Kind Hamburg, was a developer in mid-century Sedona. He built Mission Hills in West Sedona and Lazy Bear Estates in Uptown — neighborhoods where families still live today, three generations later. He didn't just sell Sedona real estate. He literally helped shape what Sedona looks like.
My father grew up in those neighborhoods. I grew up walking distance from them. I've been climbing these red rocks, drinking coffee in Uptown, and watching this town evolve for 35 years. When I tell a buyer "this neighborhood floods in monsoon season" or "this view will be blocked by future development" — that's not from a comp report. That's from showing up here every day of my life.
Sedona doesn't reward agents who skim the surface. The buyers who get the right property here are the ones working with someone who knows the difference between a great-looking listing and a great-actually-living-here home. That's what I do.
